Job Description:
- Design, program, test, implement, document, and maintain computing applications.
- Gather and evaluate end user requirements.
- Write/compile code and construct database objects based on documented design.
- Analyze information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs, and other application architecture requirements.
- Modify or upgrade applications to maintain software functionality.
- Identify and resolve programming or application architecture problems.
- Review system performance, identify, and recommend improvements.
- Due to facility requirements, only U.S. Citizens or permanent residents are eligible for consideration at this time.
- Cimarron employees are required to follow federal, state, and local laws regarding COVID-19 practices, as well as customer requirements.
- 8 or more years of experience in the development, implementation, and support of small and/or large-scale software applications.
- Excellent UI framework experience (Angular/React).
- 5 or more years experience working with C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, Node.js, .NET, ASP.Net, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
- Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Experience working with code repositories on TFS, AzureDevops, and Git.
- Experience working in the cloud (PCF, Azure, or AWS).
- Experience with SharePoint (SharePoint 2013/2016).
- Experience using Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, SCRUM, etc.).
- Excellent software development/support skills (designing, documenting, coding, user training, testing, and maintaining software computing applications).
- Experience working with internal business partners and product owners to deliver products/applications that delight end users.
- Experience working with product managers, systems/data analysts, and UX designers to define application requirements and usability.
- Ability to apply extensive job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts to deliver projects.
- Provide technical solutions and implementations to complex problems that require ingenuity and creativity.
- Exercise considerable latitude in determining the technical objectives of the assignment.
- Superior programming and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience, Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience, or Ph.D.
