Quality Assurance Inspector
Our fast-paced Amherst, NH manufacturing client is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector! You’ll help ensure this well-known company’s products meet their high quality standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with at least one year of experience and knowledge of electronic components.
Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Inspector

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Ensure conformance to purchase order, drawing, and/or specification requirements
• Document inspection data in appropriate databases
• Cross-train and help train personnel in quality standards
• Recommend areas for improvement  
• Perform internal audits and other tasks as required

Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Inspector

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of prior QA and inspection experience of electronic components
• Ability to interpret and work to current IPC-A-610 standard
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, electronic components, and use of hand measuring equipment and tools
• Understanding of ISO 9001
• Computer skills including MS Office Suite, MRP software
