    Job Summary

    The Director Workforce Services, Quality Assurance ensures quality assurance of workforce development programs, development and ongoing assessment of processes, quality of data, reporting and services provided through all programs in Workforce Services. The Director Workforce Services, Quality Assurance is expected to:

    • Develop strong relationships with all Workforce leadership and Senior Management Team. GII, State Department of Labor, State Department of Health and Human Services, Departments of Justice, and other funding sources to support, coordinate, and provide reporting.
    • Plan, coordinate and revise strategies and analyze data as needed to meet the performance goals of the particular program(s) utilizing multiple data platforms/systems, to which this person is assigned.
    • Trains staff in a variety of database/case management platforms.
    • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BA/BS in business, human services, human relations or related fields.
    • 5 years of experience in workforce development or related fields.
    • 3 years of progressive management experience
    • Significant understanding of grant management and accounting requirements
    • Experience leading diverse teams across a broad geography.
    • Significant experience analyzing & summarizing complex data and meeting rigid deadlines.
    • Successful completion of a background check that meets Agency standards.
    • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and insurance that meets Agency standards.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Power BI
    • Experience with multiple databases and data management
