Supervise, Organize, and Coordinate the efforts of the In-Process Inspectors, Manufacturing Quality Technicians, Quality Assurance Technicians, and Finished Goods Specialists on a daily basis to ensure that documented processes are followed to produce components to customer specifications.
Provide leadership by ensuring support to manufacturing in the areas of communication, teamwork, resolution of Adjustment Requests, and all product quality concerns, employee support, and on-going training.
This position has the direct responsibility to ensure that the product manufactured, packaged, and shipped to our customers conforms to all the established Quality Assurance Requirements.
