We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in user testing, particularly utilizing Selenium, to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by conducting thorough user testing and analysis.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design test cases, execute tests, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development processes, strong analytical skills, and extensive experience in utilizing Selenium for automated testing.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software features and enhancements.
• Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for user testing, utilizing Selenium and other testing tools as needed.
• Execute test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify and report software defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, and work closely with development teams to address issues.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for product enhancements and optimizations.
• Document test processes, results, and findings in clear and concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing software development processes, testing methodologies, and team collaboration.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on user testing and quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing tools, particularly Selenium, for web application testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot software defects.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software testing best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
