Software Support Engineer troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers. Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Being a Software Support Engineer escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Software Support Engineer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Software Support Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization at a PACE center in Flushing, NY.
Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:- The Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with contracted community primary care physicians (CPCP) to ensure proper oversight and coordination of participant care with the Interdisciplinary Team. The NPS will work with the community physician to coordinate and support the participant’s functional, clinical, and psychosocial needs, with an emphasis on independence and wellness. This role will work as the liaison between the participant, the community physician, and the plan staff to develop and implement the plan of care.
- Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:- Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in NY required. (Family NP, Geriatric NP, Acute NP)
- DEA Certification required. (will be writing prescriptions).
- AANP or ANCC Board Certification required.
- 3 years of experience working with geriatric patients

Pay Details: $70 per hour - $80 per hour
