POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic and positive leader to direct, coordinate and oversee Slick Rock Tanning & Spa sales and operations within a district in alignment with company quality standards, systems and procedures. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring each spa location is running at the highest possible level of efficiency, monitoring and controlling costs, maximizing revenue and profitability. This individual should possess strong leadership and communication skills, impeccable time management, have an eye for operational efficiency, and a passion for sales and serving others to build upon our culture of exceptional service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and staff.

OBJECTIVES
Operational Excellence: Monitor operational practices and provide feedback and coaching where necessary to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, strategic objectives, and Slick Rock’s standards of excellence.
Client Retention: Enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring Slick Rock service standards are met and maintained. Implement strategies to increase client retention and address any complaints swiftly and effectively.
Performance Accountability: Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Provide feedback and coaching to Salon Managers for maintaining Slick Rock performance expectations.
Strategic Planning: Design, communicate, and implement action plans and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance profitability.
Team Development: Focus on building a strong leadership pipeline within the district through coaching and mentoring, timely and constructive one-on-ones and performance evaluations.
Marketing and Promotions: Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Cost Management: Take an active role in monitoring and controlling costs, including labor, cost of sales, and other overhead expenses to enhance profitability.
Staffing and Scheduling: Oversee the work and schedules of Salon Managers and locations, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient scheduling to meet operational needs without incurring unnecessary labor costs.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels across district locations, ensuring adequate supply of retail products without overstocking. Facilitate efficient ordering and inventory control practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
Minimum (3) three years of multi-location management experience, preferably in the spa, retail, or medical/dental fields
Minimum (5) five years of progressive leadership experience
Current State Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record required
Minimum (5) five years experience working with team members across multiple functional roles
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, walking, sitting, working on a computer, or driving in a vehicle.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities
