We are the largest fireplace and Spa Showroom in the Country! We are building our team and seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented (Sales Focused) Hearth and Spa Consultant to join our team. As a Hearth and Spa Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other technology systems
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
- Experience in retail sales (not required, will train the right candidate)
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
