Spa Supervisor - Casino oversees the day-to-day spa activities and manages all spa personnel. Resolves client conflicts and ensures proper maintenance of the facility and equipment. Being a Spa Supervisor - Casino ensures that a high standard of customer care and treatment is delivered to each guest. Ensures the facility is clean and provides a relaxing environment for customers. Additionally, Spa Supervisor - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Supervisor - Casino supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable, and self-motivated
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Communicate clearly and establish a good rapport with clients.
Clean criminal record. A background check will be performed.
Responsibilities: Perform general hot tub and pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemistry. Maintain detailed records of services performed. Record and keep logs of the chemical levels and adjust the chemical levels as needed. Turn in completed work orders. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm. Some Saturdays during the busy season.
Applicant must have reliable transportation, a High School Diploma and must be 18 years of age or older.
Competitive pay, Benefits after 90 days, and paid vacation after one year of service. This is a permanent full-time position.
