Job Summary

Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding of our offerings.
- Maintain organized records of appointments and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services effectively.

Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail sales practices is advantageous.
