DESCRIPTION : The Hello Baby (HB) Coordinator coordinates the HB Network to meet the strategic vision and goals identified by the HB Core Team.
This position organizes and supports the HB partner organizations to execute the work of the HB delivery model. The HB Coordinator manages internal and external relationships and works closely with the HB Core Team and R.
O.C.K. Mat-Su staff to ensure that the Memorandums of Understanding and organizational guidelines are adhered to.

HOURS OF WORK : Full Time , Exempt 40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00 pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience and Skills : Three years' experience providing direct services to families within a community setting. A balance of experience and formal education may be combined if related to the responsibilities of the position.
A current TB test. Valid Alaska driver's license with two (2) years driving experience, and proof of automobile insurance must be submitted prior to employment.
Successful candidates must submit to a criminal background check as required by state regulation which includes providing one clear fingerprint card before hire.
Candidate must provide a minimum of three verifiable professional references.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Master's degree in Socal Work, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology or a related field.
Experience with grant writing. Flexibility, creativity, ability to work independently with minimal supervision while organizing and prioritizing workflow.
