- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality standards and industry best practices relevant to our products/services.
- Implement and enforce documentation standards to meet regulatory requirements and internal quality benchmarks.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to create and maintain detailed test case documentation.
- Ensure that test cases accurately reflect product specifications and are easily understandable by QA teams.
5. *Communication:*
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather information and clarify technical details.
*Requirements:*
1. *Educational Background:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred but not required
2. *Experience:*
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a quality assurance or software development environment.
- Familiarity with QA processes, testing methodologies, and software development life cycle.
3. *Skills:*
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
