Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor manages the daily operations of an organization's audiology and speech therapy functions. Plans and develops speech therapy programs and evaluates program objectives and results to determine effectiveness. Being an Speech and Language Therapy Supervisor reviews assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations. Monitors inventories and supplies and tracks spending to ensure adherence to departmental budgets. We are seeking enthusiastic and personable clinicians who are looking to make a difference in their client's speech and language skills. Our clinicians work primarily in a Delaware school setting with a varied caseload, pre-schoolers through high school, dependent on the needs of the school. Our team works in locations across Delaware, with applicant preference in placement considered. A typical workday is 7.5 hours and we follow the school calendar, including paid leave for school breaks/closures. Clinicians are placed in settings conducive to a professional environment with manageable caseloads. It is expected that in every placement all work, including collaboration with teachers and paperwork, can be completed in the hours worked at school (typically 37.5 hours/week).

We have several tenured SLPs on staff that have provided supervision and collaboration to make your CF experience a great one.
