This is a plum job for a Speech Language Pathologist who wants to work one or two days a week in a multidisciplinary setting screening children under the age of three for speech and language delay. Job Duties include:
Performing the Cognitive and Language Screening portions of the Hawaii Early Learning Profile with young children who come in with their caregivers.
Scoring the HELP to determine eligibility for Early Start services
Integrating results with nursing and social work staff at CVRC
Provide verbal reports and brief counseling to parents regarding concerns about their child's speech and language development.
Hours are 8:30-4:00 (roughly)
