Responsible for managing the administrative activities of the program including identifying funding sources, acquiring funding, setting program policies and objectives, and allocating resources. Stevens is seeking an experienced leader to fulfill the role of Program Director. The ideal candidate for this position has exceptionally strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a comprehensive understanding of the complex macro and micro-level aspects of a residential program and organization. The Program Director must simultaneously be a collaborative, independent, engaging and results-oriented leader.
The Program Director oversees programming and youth care at Stevens, and serves as the person who operationalizes the agency mission and vision on a day-to-day basis. The Program Director oversees all program departments and directly supervises program directors. The Program Director’s objective is to ensure the provision of mission-driven, trauma-informed and high quality care.

Pay Rate: Competitive pay offered depending on experience and degree
$1,000 sign-on bonus
$2,000 / year for verified, bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish
