Position Overview: At The Clear Fork Group, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Staff Accountant to oversee our financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and punctuality of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting vendor invoices into our system.
- Executing weekly check runs with precision.
- Making necessary inventory adjustments.
- Engaging with vendors to secure credits.
- Performing thorough bank reconciliations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Someone who embodies efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- A proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A communicator par excellence, both in writing and speaking.
- A customer service champion.
- A meticulous professional with an eye for detail.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A two-year degree in Accounting.
- Three to five years of experience in the healthcare industry.
