SUMMARY
Position requires current enrollment in, or recent graduation from, an accredited degree program in finance, accounting, business administration, recreation management or related field. Position is responsible for a variety of functions within the accounting department. Primary responsibilities will be in the areas of financial analysis, financial reporting, and internal control testing and documentation; as well as updating, maintaining, and documenting financial information in the company’s General Ledger. This position will also require the preparation of financial spreadsheets and reports as well as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Card Receivable processing. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university with a concentration in accounting or finance; or one or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
