The ideal candidate will be a motivated self - starter with a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for general ledger transactions, assisting in month end close, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and analysis and back - up other positions in the department.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a critical role with month - end accounting close including journal entry preparation and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial Statement Preparation.
• General Ledger Reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly P & L for management.
• Work with outside auditors.
• Month and Year End Reporting and Analysis.
• Assist in Developing, Maintaining Standard Costs.
• Prepare operations variance analysis to standard and ad hoc reports to assist in the determination of profitability.
• Cross Train on all Accounting Department functions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
• Minimum of 1 yr experience.
