    Qualifications:

    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred.

    • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
