Monitors the patient during dialysis, records observations in patient medical records, and reports any changes in condition to the physician as needed. Consults multi-disciplinary team as appropriate to enhance patient/family education. Provides counseling for health behaviors. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Candidates with AAS in Nursing who will complete BSN within four years of date of hire will be considered.
