Ōnin Staffing is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in the Rose hill, NC area. As the Admin Assistant you will be responsible for updating and editing payroll as well as verifying.

• Pay rate: $15/hr.
• Monday to Friday.
• Temp to perm.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll.
• Verify accuracy of information logged in to system.
• Assist in preparing and editing documents and reports.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in managing office facilities and equipment.
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
