BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000
• PTO: Min. 13 days generous sick time 10 Holidays 5 Floating Holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE

• Evaluate the current security landscape and make recommendations
• Implement new security tools
• Oversee the system and infrastructure teams
• Oversee the overall infrastructure of the organization
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THIS ROLE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS Management or 10 years in Enterprise Infrastructure Operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner to subordinates, peers, and management
• Be comfortable reviewing, evaluating, recommending, and implementing software and hardware
• Be available for escalations on an ongoing basis
