In Job Corps, we assist students ages 16-24 (primarily from disadvantaged backgrounds) with receiving the Academic and Career Training they need to be successful members of the workforce. This role is critical to helping new students acclimate with the program, and choose the career path they will complete in the program.

Pay: $42,000 annually
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Post-Secondary Degree Required. Must possess a valid in-state Driver’s License and meet the Company insurability requirements.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing Career Preparation instruction, training and support to students during the beginning stage of the Job Corps program, which is called the Career Preparation Program (CPP). Works with students to develop individualized career plans, monitors and evaluates participation and progress to ensure student early retention and success in the program.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
Provides supervision, instruction and training to assigned Job Corps students.
