Position Summary:  This position will make an impact by collaborating internally to ensure all project builds are completed within scope and on time.  They will have oversight of all shop operations and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with PMs to understand scope/timelines for all builds
• Create master production schedules
• Manage PG labor (hours estimated/billed to job)
• Ensure all builds are completed on time
• Oversee shop operations including machinery, equipment, and inventory
• Monitor projects and expedite as needed
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
• Optimize efficiency of build processes, techniques, and materials
• Assist with running and programming CNC
• Read and interpret blueprints/work with detailer on blueprints
• Order tools and hardware needed to complete job
• Organize booth setups
• Work with designers, AEs, PMs, and detailers through the entire job building and laminating
• Design reviews with Design team to eliminate potential problems with designs before they go into production
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on Shipments
• Manage Exhibit Technicians, Exhibit Maintenance Technician, and Exhibit Fabricators
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications and preferred skills:

• 5 years previous warehouse experience preferred
• 3 previous exhibit house experience preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills
• Inventory and equipment maintenance skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to read blueprints
• Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment 
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality assurance.
• Proficiency in project management and production planning.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Works in our Aurora, CO warehouse
