The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment, and is experienced with cycle counts and auditing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret order invoices to determine which items need to be sent out daily.
• Locate and pick products from shelf according to customer order.
• Assemble daily orders in the right packaging for the item(s).
• Keep records of packages including delivery notes, invoices etc.
• Fill out packing and order forms with relevant shipping information.
• Seal shipping containers and label them appropriately.
• Accurately weigh and label packages for shipping.
• Inspect packages to ensure none are damaged prior to shipping; ensure regulations are met.
• Update system daily and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, sort, and shelf products.
• Perform and maintain cycle counts for auditing.
• Work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
• Cross-train and perform duties in other areas as needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Two (2) year minimum stockroom clerk experience with proven experience in a warehouse environment with knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations.
• Basic math and recording abilities.
• Conscientious mindset and good work ethic.
• Ability to deliver effective feedback (written and verbal)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully and in consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and on the phone.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
