We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our professional office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including oversight and coordination of company insurance and other employee benefits, maintenance of personnel files, payroll processing, professional written correspondence with governmental agencies and clients, maintaining company books using Quickbooks accounting software, and coordinating company computer system oversight with outside technical support company.
