- Purpose of the functionPerforming stock checks (counts) within the warehouse(-s), timely signaling and reporting deviations from set stock standards in order to guarantee customer agreements and business obligations.Position in the organizationReports to: Supervisor Inventory Control Result area CoreControlled stockStock counting (ad hoc and periodic, stock counts)Recording the countsSupporting the Inventory Coordinator in figuring out stock differencesFinding out deviations in the processSharing findings with Inventory Coordinator and/or Inventory managerSharing information with internal contacts for the purpose of acorrect stock(Administrative) processing of cycle count dataMaintaining and correcting BIN setup in the warehouse management systemProcessed orders and requestsAssist with processing inbound orders and returns, unloading trucks, receiving, sorting, placing, if necessary or required while utilizing material handling equipmentAssist with processing outbound orders (picking, pulling materials, preparing & packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area, shipping, loading) if necessary or required while utilizing material handling equipmentAssist with wrapping orders and place them on trucks for deliveryAssist with performing kitting and rework activitiesReporting stock differences and damages goodsDeliver supplies and equipment to other departments within the company by receiving and transferring itemsMaintaining records of orders, delivery details, shipping records, etc.Organized work environmentEnsuring a structured, safe and tidy working environment, include the proper disposal of all related e-waste materialsUse various chemicals to properly clean and sanitizeUsing tools and material handling correctly, reports damages and malfunctionsPerform any other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the warehouseProject contributionMaking (improvement) proposals to managers with regard to stock managementParticipate in projects aimed at improvementRegulations complied withMaintain quality of performance by following organization procedures, attend training sessions and following Client specific requirements as per agreed procedures and instructionsCompliance with legal regulations and business obligationsComply with all safety protocolsEnsure compliance with quality procedures including ISO 13485, FDA, and other agencies.Job requirementsEducation, knowledge and experience:High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalentProven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar positionFamiliarity with voice picking systems or RF devices is a plusExperience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)Knowledge of logistics processesExperience with WMS systems is preferredCompetencies and skills:Dexterity and attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)Social and communication skills for maintaining contacts (spoken and written)Organizational skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the jobGood understanding of warehouse safety regulationsLicense to operate forklifts, preferred but not requiredAccurate, flexible and objectiveAnalytical and problem-solvingAdditional information/requirementsIn addition to the main responsibilities and requirements described above, the employee is expected to:• Availability to occasionally work overtime
