Stock Records Clerk, Sr. jobs in Marietta, GA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk to join our team. As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain electronic records
• Organize and file physical records in a systematic manner
• Retrieve requested records and ensure timely delivery
• Assist with the creation and implementation of record management policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Complete box inventory and/or box destruction forms for boxed records.
• Transport records boxes (using supplied hand trucks/dollies) to designated locations
• Load and/or unload records boxes in and out of transportation vehicles

Skills:

• Proficient in computerized record management systems
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy (Ability to type 25 words per minute)
• Highschool Diploma
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $22.00 - $22.18 per hour
