Duties include but not limited to:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and maintain standard recipes and ensure consistent food quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and pricing strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service

```Skills```

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience in banquet or large-scale food production is preferred
- Knowledge of food industry trends, including new ingredients and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with hotel kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
