JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checking codes, rotating, and removing out-of-date products.
• Update and maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
• Stock and clean grocery shelves, frozen and dairy case.
• Maintain and organize back stock.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment.
• Assist customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Great communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Ability to follow management instructions and store procedures
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
• Ability to learn where items are located throughout the store.
• Great time management skills
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
