Stock Transfer Clerk jobs in Huntington, NY

The Transfer Services Associate will be an integral part of Farmingdale State College's Transfer Services Department. They will assist students in returning to FSC after a hiatus in enrollment (stop out) by developing and coordinating an initiative specifically for them. The Transfer Services Associate will develop a communication plan, create a stop out webpage, provide reenrollment counseling and serve as a liaison between academic departments and returning students. This position will support Adult Learners and assist with the Adult Learner Initiative. They will assist all transfer students throughout the transfer process. The position will evaluate and post transfer credits, facilitate academic advisement and registration, answer questions and connect students with college faculty, staff and services as deemed necessary. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to listen, understand and adapt to best meet the needs of students from a variety of diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with students in an educational setting.

This is a full-time UUP position.

• For the first 10 working days, beginning Monday, July 3, 2023 and ending Friday, July 14, 2023, UUP Farmingdale applications will be given priority.

• Salary: $55,000 $3,026 in downstate location pay = $58,026 Total Annual Compensation.
