The Lifecycle Marketing CRM Manager is a key position within the global marketing team responsible for developing new and managing existing customer communications based on their relationship/status, primarily in the email and mobile channels. The ideal candidate will bring strategic, organizational, and technical skills to the role, as well as a passion for delivering best-in-case onboarding, upsell, cross-sell or retention communications to the customer database through the email and mobile channels. The candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate across various team members within customer data teams, onsite/e-commerce, martech, web analytics, email production and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of marketing programs, with a focus on targeting customer segments with relevant messaging.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage lifecycle campaigns from concept to production to analysis, including creative development, email development and QA, and deployment as well as reporting.
Own implementation of best practices for email and other owned media channel within each campaign.
Work with marketing operations/production teams to execute on planned strategy in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Review reporting and analytics of campaigns, providing key insights and optimization opportunities to continue to build on their program.
Partner with technical and data teams to build out automations and segmentation in email and other messaging service platforms.
Participate in building strategic roadmaps to achieve company goals, providing recommendations for optimizations as well as deploying new strategies for their email marketing program.
Communicate effectively with both internal and cross-functional teams to keep progress moving on email campaigns or special projects with multiple dependencies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum combined 5 years managing email or in-app/push, and marketing strategy and execution including:
Lifecycle marketing creative/messaging strategy
Audience segmentation
Automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase reminders, etc.)
Personalization
Data analytics and reporting
Ideal experience in a brand direct-to-consumer or subscription business; additional digital marketing agency experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill with strong attention to detail
Understanding of ESPs and/or CRMs (Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing, etc.), ideally on a self-serve account
Experience working with an analytics tool such as Adobe or Tableau
Experience with project management tool such as Asana or Jira
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment, managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude and a strong internal motivation
Comfortable leading calls and being on the phone/Zoom
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar preferred

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $92,160 - $122,850with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
