    Role Overview

    We're seeking passionate Student Life Coordinators to join our team for various programs taking place in Fall 2024. While the role is based at our headquarters in Cambridge (Boston), it offers a unique chance to live and work across Asia, Australia, Europe, or Central America.

    Changemaker Program: Two sessions - September 6 to November 15, 2024, and September 16 to November 25, 2024.

    Pathfinder Program: Two sessions - September 6 to November 15, 2024. Semester: Three sessions - September 4 to November 26, 2024, September 11 to December 3, 2024, and September 18 to December 10, 2024.

    Responsibilities

    As a Student Life Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support and empower program participants throughout their experience. This involves:

    Welcoming and assisting students upon arrival, alongside local staff and partners.

    Designing and facilitating orientation and wrap-up activities.

    Leading group activities and fostering positive group dynamics.

    Empowering students to set and achieve personal goals.

    Responding to emergencies and managing crises effectively.

    Cultivating a supportive community environment.

    Accompanying students on tours and activities.

    Upholding program standards and addressing any code of conduct violations.

    Creating content, such as photos and student interviews.

    Requirements

    We're looking for candidates who possess:

    Experience working with high school, gap year, or college students in a mentorship capacity.

    Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international team.

    Adaptability and composure in challenging situations.

    Previous experience studying, working, or living abroad.

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

    Valid passport and legal ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

    CPR certification (will be provided if needed).

    Fluency in English, with proficiency in the language of the program country preferred (at least B2 level).

    Compensation Package

    Salary: $844.00 per week, paid bi-weekly ($1,688.00 total).

    Flights to and from program country, transportation, accommodation, meals, travel insurance, and international mobile phone plan provided.
