The Director of Student Support Services is responsible for student success through the development, implementation, and coordination of Baldwin Community Schools’ Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Integrated Systems Framework (ISF), assisting students in the progress of their academic and behavioral success and linking community resources to the school. The director will work directly with students, school staff, and families, identifying barriers that limit student success. This individual will develop systems, implement strategies and coordinate resources to improve attendance, reduce behavior incidents and support the overall academic and non-academic needs of Baldwin Community Schools’ students and families.
