Additionally, Student Union Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Student Union Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our organization. As a Mortgage Loan Originator with Nusenda Credit Union, you will assist the Mortage Production team by assisting members with their mortgage lending needs, analyzing loan requests, and making credit decisions based on the mortgage lending policy. Every day, you will review and evaluate information on mortgage loan documents to determine if buyer, property, and loan conditions meet bank and regulatory standards. You will approve or reject loan applications, or request additional information. You will establish the terms and conditions of an approved loan and review it with members.
To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related mortgage lending experience. This position is one part sales and one part member service. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring salesmanship, interpersonal communication, and relationship management.
