Impact is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This position will be responsible for the operation of the office including direct supervision of the office staff. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and deals directly with members and potential members. As an Office Manager you will…
· Lead and supervise a diverse team of employees including tellers and member service representatives
· Create member loyalty on credit union products and services
· Conducts performance appraisals, recommends promotions, and assists in the hiring of new employees
· Reviews rates and services of competing organizations
· Serves as a Loan Office when required
· Implements ongoing training and cross-selling programs to enhance individual development in service, product knowledge and interpersonal technical skills.
Qualifications:
· At least 3-5 years related experience in a full service financial institution, Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience that provides the required knowledge and skills
· Exceptional reasoning skills, communication skills and mathematical skills
· Experience with financial institution processing systems
· Ability to stand for long periods, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as well as lift up to 50lbs
