SubroIQ is seeking a P&C Subrogation Recovery Specialist as we continue to grow our team! This position plays a pivotal role in handling all subrogation recovery functions associated with losses.

Job Responsibilities : Gathering claim information and evidence Direct communication with insurance carriers and other involved parties Negotiation of liability Preparing files for arbitration Securing payment Job Requirements : Previous subrogation recovery experience within the P&C Insurance industry Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) desired Self motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced atmosphere Professional written and communication skills Compensation and Benefits : $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus (depending on experience) Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options 401(k) retirement plan option with company matching Generous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per year Paid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choice We look forward to you joining our team!!
