Education and Work Experience:

• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Technical certification for relevant technology: Required

Essential Functions:

• Manages enterprise-wide projects from concept to completion using a 'best practices' approach to the business need. Adheres to security standards and guidelines. Develops project plan, completes documentation and communications to all stakeholders.
• Designs, configures, administrates and manages enterprise class devices and applications, including devices and applications warehoused at corporate headquarters.
• Develops standards and change controls necessary to ensure enterprise-wide compliance with corporate standards and security initiatives. Includes the periodic review, monitoring and updating of the standards to keep current with corporate and security guidelines.
• Provides training and support to all appropriate stakeholders, including documentation, in-person or virtual training.
• Monitors on-going projects, systems, devices, applications and staff activities and ensures that systems operate at peak performance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The estimated base pay for this position is $81,272 to $121,908.78. Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through years of experience, differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
