JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at Crumbl Towson. As a Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, leading by example, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll manage a team, oversee daily operations, and maintain the high standards that Crumbl is known for. Starting hourly wage is $17 PLUS tips ($1-$3 /hr)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the team during shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to Crumbl's standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues.
• Oversee the preparation and baking of cookies, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the store is adequately stocked.
• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing time-off requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of baking is a plus, but not required.
