Reporting to either the FOH Manager, KM, or GM, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for training, and developing servers, hosts, bar tenders to support superior operations and guest service. You will be accountable for meeting budgeted financial goals including but not limited to labor cost, guest satisfaction metrics, and meeting all service standards. Maintaining a perfectly clean, sanitary, and inviting guest environment will be a top priority for the Restaurant Supervisor.
