Position Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst enjoys working with data and is comfortable performing complex analyses and translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy and design. Having the ability to create engaging visualizations and dashboards that tell a concise story. This role is for a collaborative team player looking to advance our capabilities and develop new products, tools, models, and services that enhance the supply chain processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the broader Supply Chain team for reporting, data, and visualization needs.
• Create new tools and frameworks to collect data and seek opportunities to improve supply chain data analysis.
• Supporting WMS, TMS, and ERP systems to report relevant information and maintain system structure.
• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data from various sources.
• Clean, format, and transfer data to render it appropriate for analysis.
• Support the development of decision-support tools and products, including dashboards and visualizations.
• Collaborate across the organization to drive value and impactful solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 1 years of supply chain experience.
• High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain.
• Experience cleaning and analyzing data and improving the reporting processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Access, SQL, and Python for data management.
• Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
• Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
• Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
• Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:

• Supply chain certification, i.e., ASCM, Six Sigma, etc.
• Experience with data lakes or middleware software.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, or WMS.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field of study.

• Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

Physical Requirements:

• Normal office environment.
• Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
