Cimarron is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to support a large defense customer in Huntsville, AL. This opportunity is supporting a 1-year contract. This position allows for some remote work!

Key Duties:

• Apply change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Apply Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
• Coordinate with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
• Incorporate Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
• Coordinate part number attributes.
• Verify the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
• Release and maintain orders.
• Document and resolve order delinquencies.
• Report schedule adherence issues.
• Apply developed solutions to inventory plans.
• Analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories.
• Create schedules for products and services.
• Coordinate and support process improvements.
• Work under general supervision.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• More than 1 year of experience in supply chain or materials management.
• More than 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment.
• Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years’ related work experience or Master’s degree and 1 or more years’ related work experience.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 1 year of experience with Compass Contract.
• Supply Chain Education or Experience.
