Supply Chain Specialist

Serve our licensees by taking their orders, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly about the status of their orders.-
Submit orders to our warehouse team for items that are kept in stock and communicate with licensees about the expected shipping dates

Work with an established network of trusted vendors to place orders

Analyze buying patterns to anticipate needs and place orders for stocked items to ensure inventory levels are maintained

Track orders & follow through with vendors to make sure accurate quantities were delivered on time

Collaborate with Supply Chain Manager, Roll Form Manager, & the Shipping Department to process hardware & manufacturing material orders, confirm receipt of delivery, & verify that the sales orders have been processed

Review invoices for accuracy and verify drop shipments & freight

Our Ideal Supply Chain Specialist:

Experienced: 2 years of customer service, inventory, logistics, or purchasing in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Computer Savvy: Familiar with MS Office products, especially Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.

Excellent Communication: Ability to speak clearly & persuasively in all situations and write clearly and informatively.

Organized: Able to track and complete tasks correctly & on time and follow policies & procedures.

Location: Must be within 60 minutes of our office and be onsite daily for the 90-day training period. Upon successfully completing our training period, you will have the option to work remotely, but you must be able to report to the office as needed throughout the week.

Full-time hours: M-Th 8 am to 4 pm & Fri 8 am to 2 pm
