MAIN FUNCTION:

Supply chain analyst monitors and evaluates the performance of a company's supply chain. Supply chain analyst uses data analysis, mathematical modeling, and optimization techniques to identify and solve problems, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis, mathematical modeling, and optimization tools, such as Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, principles, and best practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as supply, inventory, forecasts, and market trends.

• Inventory optimization
• Supplier performance evaluation
• Demand forecasting
• Cost analysis

- Developing and maintaining reports, Power BI Dashboards, and metrics to measure and evaluate the performance within the supply chain.

- Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, operations, marketing sales and finance, to coordinate and implement supply chain strategies and solutions.

- Other duties, as assigned.
