    Opportunity

    Our program consists of four, six-month rotations, focused on developing high potential talent for Kohler Co in Supply Chain and Operations Management. During the two years in the program, you will have multiple hands-on experiences through high-visibility assignments and Executive support in career mentorship. These projects, diverse in size, scope and location support all Business Units and Corporate Functions at Kohler Co.

     

     The Four rotations are tailored to your skills and career goals, as well as business needs.  

     

    Examples of rotations include but are not limited to: 

    • Distribution Network/Warehouse Design 
    • Domestic/International Transportation 
    • New Product Development 
    • Sales & Operations Planning 
    • Supply Chain Continuous Improvement 
    • Global Strategic Sourcing 
    • Global Transactional Procure to Pay Excellence 
    • Machine Automation Design 
    • Corporate Operations & Optimization 
    • Operations Management
    • Lean Operations Training & Implementation 
    • Demand & Supply Planning
    • Operations Master Scheduling

    Skills/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Engineering
    • Proven ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams from all levels of the business
    • Willingness to support and lead projects in various business units
    • Flexible mindset to solving problems never seen before; try solutions never tried before and
      ability to learn and apply first time solutions.

    The salary range for this position is $57,700 - $72,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
