Key Responsibilities:

• Place Orders: Proactively manage and place orders with various vendors based on specific client needs.
• Invoice Management: Prepare and dispatch accurate invoices, ensuring a smooth and transparent financial process.
• Shipping Tracking: Keep a close eye on shipping notifications, ensuring that our supplies are on time, every time.
