BHS Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and efficient Medical Billing and Supply Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to our operations, focusing on managing and overseeing incontinence product orders, handling billing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and actively marketing our products to new customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Order Management: Oversee the entire order process for incontinence products, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
• Billing and Reimbursement: Manage billing processes related to incontinence supplies, ensuring accurate invoicing and reimbursement from insurance providers and customers.
• Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for all customer inquiries and concerns related to incontinence products, ensuring high satisfaction levels through prompt and accurate service.
• Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote incontinence products, identifying potential new customers and expanding market reach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical billing, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare products, preferably incontinence supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using medical billing software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Marketing experience, particularly in healthcare products, is highly desirable.
