JOB SUMMARY: This position is the first point of client contact at HACES, providing exemplary customer service and administrative support to visitors, clients, and staff. Primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, impeccable organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to effectively represent HACES’s values.
