In-Home- Relief Staff

Hours: varies

• Works with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Records and maintain mileage, payroll records, and Support Logs accurately daily.
• Support with behavior management using TOVA.
• Support with all outcomes/training listed on the plan of support including daily living activities (i.e. cooking, shopping, cleaning, medication assistance, if needed and personal hygiene).
• Complete daily documentation as instructed.
• Provides transportation to and from appointments and other community resources and/or recreational activities.
• Report any suspected cases of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
• Attends in-service training sessions and workshops.
• Accepts and performs the routine duties and responsibilities of the position and accepts direction and leadership from the assigned supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
