Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our business operations. This includes sales, business development, process improvement, strategic planning, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee project management processes and ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members to foster professional development and growth.
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and service.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or project management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Note: This is a paid position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,010.00 - $75,526.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Riverside, CA 92506: Relocate before starting work (Required)
